Building community in historic Hillcrest.

Come for the day or come to stay.

You can think of Hillcrest as a small village in the heart of Little Rock, bounded by Markham Street with its hospitals and healthcare facilities, University Avenue and its major retailers, the natural beauty of Allsopp Park, and the Stiffts Station and Capitol View neighborhoods. Hillcrest is home to its own bustling commercial center, anchored by the old trolley route by Kavanaugh Boulevard. Most amenities are within walking or biking distance, including schools, post office, banks, parks, restaurants, and churches. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Hillcrest is home to historic architecture from the 1890s to 1940s. With convenience and history combined with beautiful landscaping and lush natural surroundings, you could live your whole life in Hillcrest and never need to leave.
